These Terms of Use apply when you visit Kernzel, browse products, buy digital kits, download files, request support, or use any related service.

By using Kernzel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store or purchase products.

If you use Kernzel for a business, organization, or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that use.

Kernzel sells downloadable digital resources such as guides, templates, prompt packs, workbooks, and related files.

Product descriptions, images, previews, file details, and availability may change as products are improved or updated.

A purchase gives you access to the digital product described at checkout. It does not transfer ownership of Kernzel branding, product concepts, source files not included in the product, or store intellectual property.

After purchase, Kernzel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product for your own personal or business purposes.

You may adapt the files for your own work, planning, learning, business operations, or client-facing use where the product description allows it.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, upload, share publicly, give away, or package Kernzel products as your own digital product or template library.

Prices, discounts, taxes, currencies, and product availability may change without notice before purchase.

Payment must be confirmed by the payment provider before access is delivered. If payment fails, is reversed, disputed, or cannot be verified, access may be delayed, suspended, or removed.

You are responsible for providing accurate checkout information, including a valid email address for delivery and support.

Kernzel may deliver purchases through email, secure links, access pages, or download buttons inside the store.

You are responsible for keeping your access email and download links secure. Do not share private access links with people who did not purchase the product.

Access may be limited by product rules, download limits, security checks, technical requirements, or misuse prevention.

Support is provided based on the details you submit and the nature of the request.

Kernzel may ask for your checkout email, product name, order number, payment reference, screenshots, or a description of the issue before resolving a request.

Support for custom work, implementation help, design work, business setup, or services outside the purchased product may require a separate quote or agreement.

Digital products can be delivered immediately after payment, so refunds are not automatic.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Kernzel may consider duplicate purchases, failed access, incorrect delivery, product defects, misuse, payment disputes, or other relevant details.

Refunds may be refused where a product was delivered correctly, downloaded, used, shared, misused, or where the issue can reasonably be fixed through support.

If you submit reviews, messages, files, support notes, or other content to Kernzel, you confirm that you have the right to provide it.

You allow Kernzel to use submitted content to provide support, improve products, operate the store, and display reviews where applicable.

Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, private, or harmful content.

You may not use Kernzel to break the law, infringe rights, bypass security, abuse downloads, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the store, disrupt service, or misuse products.

You may not copy, clone, resell, redistribute, or publicly share Kernzel products, previews, files, branding, or protected materials without permission.

Kernzel may suspend access, refuse support, cancel orders, or take other action if misuse is suspected.

Kernzel may use third-party services for payments, email delivery, hosting, analytics, storage, file delivery, and other store operations.

Those services may have their own terms, policies, and security practices. Kernzel is not responsible for third-party systems outside its control.

Payment failures, bank issues, processor reviews, email delivery problems, or third-party outages may affect access or timing.

Kernzel owns or licenses the store design, brand, logos, product names, product materials, copy, graphics, downloads, templates, and related content unless stated otherwise.

Nothing in these terms gives you ownership of Kernzel intellectual property or permission to use the brand in a misleading way.

If you believe content on Kernzel infringes your rights, contact us with enough detail to review the issue.

Kernzel products are practical resources, not guarantees of financial, business, legal, educational, career, health, or personal results.

Your results depend on your choices, context, implementation, tools, effort, and other factors outside Kernzel's control.

You are responsible for deciding whether a product fits your needs before and after purchase.

Kernzel is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the store useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every product will fit every situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kernzel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or lost opportunities.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Kernzel's liability will be limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
